Product Overview

This semi-automatic hydraulic forming machine is developed for compressing mineral salt powder (with added trace minerals, optional molasses binder) into uniform animal mineral salt lick blocks for livestock such as cattle, sheep, goat, horse, camel and deer.

Work flow: Manual feeding → Automatic hydraulic pressing → Embossing logo/pattern → Automatic demolding → Manual collect finished blocks.

Only 1 operator required. Produced salt lick blocks feature uniform density, neat shape, smooth surface and low breakage rate; convenient for storage, transportation and long-term licking consumption.

Custom mold & logo embossing

Custom shape, dimension and logo embossing available as per your requirement. One machine can produce different block sizes by changing molds.

Solid steel frame, stable long-time running

Heavy-duty welded steel frame ensures stable continuous production, low maintenance, long service life.

Worker spreads mineral salt powder evenly into mold cavity.
Start cycle: hydraulic cylinder goes down to compress powder under preset pressure. Logo/pattern embossed during pressing.
Press head lifts up, automatic ejection pushes finished salt lick block out from mold.
Worker takes out finished blocks, moves to packing or curing area.
Refill powder for next production cycle.

Note: Machine only completes pressing forming. For blocks using molasses binder, curing/drying may be required after pressing.
