Automatic Peanut Butter Bite Making Machine — Papa P400 High Speed Line

Produce uniform peanut butter bites at industrial speed. The Papa P400 (Generation 4) multi-row line extrudes, forms and cuts peanut butter, date and energy-bar mixtures into consistent bite-size pieces, delivering retail-ready shape and texture at up to 380 pcs per minute.

Product Overview

The P400 is built for sticky, high-fat and high-protein recipes such as peanut butter. A precision extruder spreads and compresses the mixture into a uniform sheet, and the multi-row cutting unit slices it into even bites — no deformation, no sticking. The Generation 4 design uses 304 stainless steel construction, PE conveyor and PU moulds, with a touchscreen interface for fast recipe and size changes.
